python-z3c software package provides z3c namespace package, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-z3c
python-z3c is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-z3c package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-z3c *
You will get with python-z3c package name, version, architecture and description in a table
